Welcome to the 8-Week Postnatal Gentle Rebuild Challenge, a supportive and realistic programme created for mums who are ready to prioritise themselves again, without the pressure to "bounce back." This is your time to regain your energy, rebuild your strength, and feel confident in your body again, with the support, structure, and community you need! 

 

WHO IT’S FOR?

This programme  is for postnatal women (from 6 months postpartum and beyond, with GP clearance) who:

  • Feel disconnected from their body and strength

  • Need a plan that works around children and real life

  • Want to rebuild healthy habits without fixating on weight- loss

  • Are looking for sustainable, feel-good fitness

  • Support, structure, and a community of women who get it

​WHY THIS PROGRAMME WORKS

  • This isn’t about shrinking your body, it’s about rebuilding it. We focus on:

  • Regaining strength safely after pregnancy

  • Creating time for yourself without guilt

  • Supporting your physical and emotional recovery

  • Building habits that last well beyond 8 weeks

 

WHAT IS REQUIRED FROM YOU

  • Commit to a minimum of 2-3 workouts a week 

  • 10k steps per day – we will use the app ‘Strive’ to hold everyone accountable with a steps leaderboard

  • Efforts to stick to healthy and nutritious meals supported by the meal plan

  • Active participation in the group chat for accountability

  • Use of the Bodied By XO Coaching app to track your overall progress (workouts, weights, steps, progress photos etc)

 

Christina is a qualified in pre and post -natal exercise and you can exercise comfortably knowing that the exercises included in this programme are safe for you to perform however, please consult with your Dr. first to get the all clear before participating in any workout programme.
