Welcome to your 4-Week Pre & Postnatal Workout Programme! This programme is thoughtfully designed to keep you active, strong, and healthy during pregnancy and up to 2 years after birth. Each workout focuses on safe, effective exercises that prioritise core stability, and full body strength. This programme is perfect if you’re not sure how to exercise during pregnancy or you need some guidance post -pregnancy!

 

This programme comprises of 3 gym workouts to complete each week with 1 new follow-along workout added every week that you can complete at home or in the gym. The gym workouts are to be followed for 4 weeks with the aim to progress in your strength and fitness overtime so don't forget to log your weights so you can track your progress! 

 

In addition, there is some educational material to support your fitness journey as a new mum or mum to be and to help you stay motivated!

 

Christina is a qualified in pre and post -natal exercise and you can exercise comfortably knowing that the exercises included in this programme are safe for you to perform however, please consult with your Dr. first to get the all clear before participating in any workout programme. Bodied By XO is not responsible for any injuries as a result of your participation in this programme.

There are 4 workouts per week, we recommend you aim for 3-4 per week 

 

Access period

Once purchasing this package, you will have app access for 3 months from the date of purchase but will be able to access the PDF version of this course for life.
