All sessions are recorded and uploaded onto IGTV so you can replay and workout when it suits you!

Tone up and turn up at Christina's HIIT ABS + BOOTY CLASS! This lively class caters to all levels and works your whole body with a particular emphasis on the lower body.

 

You can expect an energetic HIIT circuit using both weights and body-weight, followed by a dance fitness routine resistance bands and lastly, we will work your abs. Squat, sculpt and sweat to a banging playlist and leave with a sense of female empowerment!
