Need to focus and reset after summer? Introducing the Bodied By XO Bootcamp, 4 weeks dedicated to your fitness and nutrition. Bootcamps have been proven to be successful in helping people to get results as studies show we are more competitive and work harder when we are in a group setting. I will be taking you through 8 challenging bootcamp style sessions and assisting you with your nutrition to help you kick-start or continue your journey.

DAY/ TIME:

This bootcamp will run for 4 weeks, starting 12 Sept- 6 Oct. 

Classes will be held every Monday and Thursday at 18:45- 19:45 pm

  • Alternating muscle focus to ensure your body gets a balanced workout and time to recover.

  • Challenging sessions but tailored to individual abilities. 

  • Designed to burn calories and increase lean muscle mass. 

  • Designed to build strength and sculpt.

  • Will utilise a wide range of equipment such as heavy weights, bikes, steps, boxing.
