Welcome to the Bodied by XO Online Gym! Get support, feel good workouts and results for less than 50p a workout. You will have access to our private instagram page where you can train with your PT, Christina live or catch up in our on demand classes. The BODIED BY XO online gym membership is designed for all abilities, the main thing is that you show up and work hard. Whether you are a beginner or advanced trainer, the membership provides effective workouts to fit into your busy schedule.

The majority of sessions are run by Christina with the addition of guest trainers who add their own unique energy and keep things exciting such as Soca Dance Fitness and Pilates. 

Can’t make the live sessions, all sessions are saved so you can catch up in your own time, wherever you are in the world!

Our classes range from HIIT, Resistance and Strength Training, Pilates and dance fitness. Whether your goal is to shred or tone and sculpt, you can pick the classes that suit you. No two classes are the same and the music will help you to power through the burn.

For added motivation, we also run challenges and competitions with great prizes up for grabs but, the real prize is how great you will feel and the boost in your confidence!

​Show up, work hard and get the results you didn’t think were possible with the guidance of great trainers and a supportive community. Workout from the comfort of your own home, the gym or where you choose to work up a sweat!
